Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Daily cut-off time: 06:00 PM EST — orders placed before this time may be processed the same day.
2. Shipping Options
Standard Shipping costs $7.90 flat rate for orders under $179.00, with an estimated transit time of 7–10 business days, bringing your total estimated delivery to 8–12 business days.
Free Shipping is available on all orders of $179.01 or more. Free shipping orders follow the same transit time of 7–10 business days, with a total estimated delivery of 8–12 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, or high shipping volumes. All shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before your order is confirmed — there are no hidden fees.
3. Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched. Tracking details are typically active within 24–48 hours after shipment. Use your tracking number on our Order Tracking page to follow your delivery in real time.
4. Delivery Address
Orders ship to the address entered at checkout. Please double-check your details before confirming your order. Daily Drop Mart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to modify or cancel your order? Contact us at help@dailydropmart.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
6. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order appears lost or is significantly delayed, contact us at help@dailydropmart.com and we'll work directly with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
7. Returns
