At Daily Drop Mart, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right, we're here to make it simple. This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States.

1. Eligible Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet all of the following:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags still attached
- Returned in original packaging, including any boxes or protective materials
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:
- Personalized, monogrammed, or custom-made items
- Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at checkout)
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear

3. How to Start a Return
Step 1 — Submit your request Email help@dailydropmart.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2 — Receive approval Our team reviews requests within one business day. Upon approval, we'll send you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.
Step 3 — Ship your return Securely pack your item in its original packaging, attach the provided label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location. Keep your tracking number until your refund is fully processed.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Please wait for confirmation before shipping anything back.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@dailydropmart.com with clear photos of the issue. We'll arrange a resolution — replacement, store credit, or full refund — based on your preference.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only, subject to availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we'll issue a refund or store credit at your discretion.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you'll receive an email confirmation. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may require additional time to post the amount.
Note: Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Promotions & Discounts
Promo codes must be applied at the time of checkout. Refunds reflect the actual amount paid — if a discount was used, the refund will be prorated accordingly. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively.
