Where do you ship to? We ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally or to US territories at this time.
How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, standard shipping takes 7–10 business days, bringing your total estimated delivery to 8–12 business days.
How much does shipping cost? Standard shipping is a flat rate of $7.90 for orders under $179.00. Orders of $179.01 or more qualify for free shipping — applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.
What is your order cut-off time? Our daily cut-off is 06:00 PM EST. Orders placed before this time on a business day may be processed the same day. Weekend and holiday orders begin processing the next business day.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking is usually active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
My order is delayed — what should I do? Occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues or weather conditions. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at help@dailydropmart.com, and we'll investigate with the carrier right away.
What is your return window? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and returned in original packaging. A proof of purchase is required.
Is return shipping free? Yes — return shipping is completely free. Once your return is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email. No out-of-pocket costs.
How do I start a return? Email us at help@dailydropmart.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team reviews requests within one business day and will send your prepaid return label upon approval. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
I received a damaged or wrong item — what do I do? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@dailydropmart.com with clear photos of the issue. We'll arrange a resolution — replacement, store credit, or full refund — based on your preference.
Do you offer exchanges? We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only, subject to availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we'll issue a refund or store credit at your discretion.
When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may require additional time to reflect the amount.
Do you charge restocking fees? Never. All eligible returns are completely free of restocking charges.
What items cannot be returned? The following are not eligible for return: personalized or custom-made items, final sale or clearance items, and items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and UnionPay.
Are there any hidden fees at checkout? Never. The price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay — no surprise fees, no hidden charges.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Contact us at help@dailydropmart.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be available.
Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. Daily Drop Mart never stores your card details. All transactions are SSL-encrypted and processed through a fully secure payment gateway.
What if my payment is declined? If your transaction is declined, your order will not be completed. Please try a different payment method or contact your bank for assistance.
